Frequently Asked Questions
|The BellMe wireless nurse call system does not make use of intercoms as this requires wiring and sometimes end up being more of a hassle than what it is worth. Please speak to a consultant for options available to allow two-way communication via our cameras that work with Wi-Fi.
Will our wireless network, commercial radio frequencies such as 2-way radio, cellular and medical equipment interfere with the BellMe nurse call system or vice versa?
|No, if you have a wireless infrastructure at your establishment it will not interfere with the BellMe nurse call system and vice versa. Our system works on a radio frequency of 433.92MHz and would not interfere with the mentioned equipment unless they are also running on 433.92MHz.

We also recommend that you run these through a UPS to avoid any damage or downtime in the case of power outages.

|The battery life depends on the use of the wristwatch. We recommend you check the watch after each shift. You will also be able to see the batery life displayed on the wristwatch.
