BellMe has been in business since 2012 and has supplied to major companies such as Clicks, Akeso Psychiatric Clinics, Various Retirement Homes, False Bay Hospital, Dros, UBS Bank, Spar, Protea Hotels and many more well-reputed companies including the President of Mozambique’s house. We specialize in Nurse Call Systems for Hospitals, Retirement Homes, and Panic Buttons for the Elderly. We also do Waiter Calling Systems and Systems used in Supermarkets.

We ask that you provide us with the following information to speed up the vetting process

  • Copy of your ID
  • Your Company Profile
  • 3 x Trade References
  • A list of some clients that you have supplied
  • A quick overview of your Strategy/Proposal in terms of how you will market BellMe
  • Sample of your quotations that you present to clients
  • Terms and Conditions of your installations
  • Your Website Address


On average the vetting process will be completed within 5 working days after all required documentation is received.

What happens after I am registered?

Once your application has been reviewed and approved we would like to add you to our website as an Approved Agent – for this we will require a picture of you that we may use, together with a short write-up of what other services you offer clients.
