Queue Management

Each till will have a 3-Key Call Button that is 100% waterproof and can be mounted on any flat surface. Once your cashier is ready for the next customer, they simple press the “Call” Button.
Once your cashier has pressed their “Call” button, their till number will be displayed on the Display Panel that can be mounted within easy view of the customers waiting in the queue.

You can choose between seven different ringtones and adjust the volume to your preferred level. The system will sound an alert and display the till number available.

You can set the display panel to automatically cancel the call after a set period of time so that it does not confuse customers to think the till is open while, in fact, they have already called for a new customer to come forward. Alternatively, you can also have your cashiers press “Cancel” on the button when the customer reaches them.
In addition or in the place of the display panel you can also have LED Lights placed at each cashier and when they are ready for the next customer, they simply press the “Call” button to activate the LED Light and the “Cancel” button to stop the alert.

Alternative Options

In the kitchen you will have a Call Button dedicated to each of your waiters.
Once the kitchen is ready for the respective waiter to collect their order, they simply press the respective waiter’s call button.
The waiter will instantly receive the alert on the same wristwatch that they get the alerts from the patrons, indicating that the kitchen has called for them.

B-A3 (3-Key Call Button)

You can program each wireless calling button to an unlimited amount of receivers.

Each call button has a unique code (address) which it is recognized with on the receivers. This is how the receivers identify where the call is coming from.

Each button has three pressing options – “Call”, “Bill” and “Cancel”

These wireless calling buttons are 100% waterproof and can be cleaned easily.

You can mount these buttons on any flat surface with 2 screws or you can use double-sided tape. Each button is supplied with a mounting bracket.

B-B3 (3-Key Call)

You can program each wireless calling button to an unlimited amount of receivers.

B-A1-WL (Single Key Call)

You can program each wireless calling button to an unlimited amount of receivers.

Each call button has a unique code (address) which it is recognized with on the receivers. This is how the receivers identify where the call is coming from.

Since 2012, we have rarely had any issues with our system so we decided to increase the warranty on our most popular call button to 5 years.

These buttons are 100% waterproof and can be cleaned easily.

You can mount these buttons on any flat surface with 2 screws or you can use double-sided tape. Each button is supplied with a mounting bracket.

B-650 (Wristwatch)

You can have up to 200 calling buttons programmed to a single watch.

The watch need to be charged using a micro-usb charger. The battery life will be indicated on the watch and will depend on the individual usage.
The watch will indicate on the right-hand side of the screen what type of service required between “Call” and “Bill”.
You can wear the watch on your arm or remove the straps and replace them with a Lanyard.

B-700 (LED Light)

You can have up to 99 wireless calling buttons programmed to a single LED Light.

You can have one cancel button cancel any of the call buttons on the LED Light. This means that you can program for example 10 Call Buttons and 1 Cancel Button. When either one of the 10 call buttons are pressed, the LED light will activate and can be canceled with the 1 cancel button. Alternatively, you can have 10 call button and 10 cancel buttons, when any one of the 10 call buttons are pressed, it will activate the LED light and any one of the 10 cancel buttons will cancel it.
You can choose to have the LED Light flash & sound an alarm or have it muted with just a flash.

B-99E

You can have up to 256 wireless calling buttons programmed to this display panel.

The display information allows for three digits. The first digit can either be a number between 0-9 or an alphabet letter (choose between A, B, C, D, E, F, H, L, P, U). Eg: A01-U99 or 000-999

When a call button is pressed the calling information will remain on the screen for a maximum of 99 seconds.

After the 99 seconds, the screen will automatically cancel the call without the nurse or caregiver having to press any cancel button.
Choose from a range of 7 different ringtone options that best suits your establishment with adjustable volume of up to 106dB.

B-Q4 (Signal Repeater)

You can an unlimited amount of wireless calling buttons used with a single repeater.

You will start needing signal repeaters when your distance between calling point and receiver reaches anything from 200m in line of sight. We are able to estimate the need of signal repeaters by looking at your property on Google Maps but the only way to accurately determine the number of repeaters needed on a large property is by doing a site visit and test.

The signal repeater has a backup rechargeable battery that lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours.
The only way to acurately determine if signal repeaters are needed is to do a site inspection and test.
