Table to Waiter Calling System

  • Easy to call

Each table will have a 3-Key Waiter Calling Button that is 100% waterproof and can be mounted on any flat surface. When your customer needs assistance from the waiter, they simply press the waiter calling button which is marked for “Call”, “Bill” and “Cancel”

  • 3 in 1 Options

Should the table need something from the waiter in terms of ordering or commenting, they press “Call” on the waiter calling button.

If the table simply wants to let the waiter know that they are ready to receive their bill, they press “Bill” on the waiter calling button.

The “Cancel” can be pressed if the table has changed their mind and no longer need the assistance of the waiter.

  • Receive the Alert Wirelessly

The waiter will receive the alert instantly via a wristwatch that they can wear on a Lanyard or on their wrist. The wristwatch will indicate which table number has pressed for assistance and also which service they require between “Call” and “Bill”.

  • Easy Display
Alternatively or in addition to the wristwatches, you can also have a Display Panel mounted in the area where waiters will always be able to view it.

The Installation​

Here is what you need to know about the installation of the BellMe Wireless Calling System for your Restaurant:

Power Points Required

  • The Display Panel will require a power source. We recommend using dedicated plug points in the ceiling to avoid it from being unplugged by mistake.
  • We provide you with the power cable which makes use of a 2-pin plug point.
  • All our power cables are 12V. We also recommend that you run this through a UPS to avoid any downtime in the case of power outages.

In the kitchen you will have a Waiter Calling Button dedicated to each of your waiters.

Once the kitchen is ready for the respective waiter to collect their order, they simply press the respective waiter’s call button.

B-650 (Wristwatch)

  • Water Calling Button Capacity of 200

You can have up to 200 waiter calling buttons programmed to a single watch.

  • Rechargeable Battery
The watch need to be charged using a micro-usb charger. The battery life will be indicated on the watch and will depend on the individual usage.
  • Indicates Service
The watch will indicate on the right-hand side of the screen what type of service required between “Call” and “Bill”.
  • Wearing Options
You can wear the watch on your arm or remove the straps and replace them with a Lanyard.

USB Receiver

  • Connect to PC
In order for the Receiver to record the information, it needs to be connected to a PC or Laptop that is switched on at all times.
  • When to be used
The USB Receiver is used only if you wish to track the response time of your staff.
  • Programming
The programming of the buttons need to be done via the software using the USB Receiver in order for it to register when a button is pressed and record the information.
  • Export to Excel
You can export the recorded information to an excel spreadsheet for record keeping.

PC Reporting Software

  • Requirements
In order for the reporting software to capture the information, the USB Receiver needs to be connected to a PC or Laptop, that is switched on at all times.

  • Cancel Button
In order to record the response time accurately the waiter has to press the “Cancel” button on the table once they have attended to the table.

B-Q4 (Signal Repeater)

  • Unlimited Capacity

You can an unlimited amount of waiter calling buttons used with a single repeater.

  • Range
You will start needing signal repeaters when your distance between calling point and receiver reaches anything from 200m in line of sight. We are able to estimate the need of signal repeaters by looking at your property on Google Maps but the only way to acurately determine the number of repeaters needed on a large property is by doing a site visit and test.
  • Back-up Battery
The signal repeater has a backup rechargeable battery that lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Site Inspection

The only way to accurately determine if signal repeaters are needed is to do a site inspection and test.
